Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us on phone, WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.

Returns & exchanges

If a product reaches you damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days for unworn products with tags intact.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
